Subaru adds a new element to their "Share the Love" program
Share the Love is on its way, and this year, the love is getting expanded.
From November 21, 2013, to January 2, 2014, Subaru will again donate $250 for every new Subaru vehicle sold or leased to the customer's choice of one of five national charities OR a local charity of the dealer's choice. On top of ASPCA, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Meals on Wheels, National Park Foundation, and Teach for America, Premier Subaru is adding as its local charity, the Community Dining Room. The Community Dining Room helps the local communities of East Haven, Branford, North Branford, Guilford, Madison, Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook by providing food and other basic services. Barbara Mullen, who has been with us since 2000, has taken upon herself to arrange the Community Dining Room to join Share the Love, including assisting them with Food Bank shopping, setting up a "Fill the Forester with Food" push before the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, organizing a "Warm a Neighbor" Holiday Gift Drive, where we will be collecting clothing through December 9, and leading the Community Dining Room Christmas Party Sing-a-Long on December 10.

The Return of "Forester for Ferals" and "Share the Love"
The Greater New Haven Cat Project and the Branford Compassion Club have brought back the return of "Fill the Forester for Ferals".
On December 7, 2013, we will fill the Forester with cat food and supplies from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. More information can be found at www.gnhcp.org or at www.branfordcompassionclub.com.
Cindy Carasone wins Kia Salesperson of the Month
Cindy Carasone of our Kia Sales Staff won the coveted title of Salesperson of the Month for October 2013 at Premier Kia, for achieving high marks in overall sales and customer service.
This is a big accomplishment considering that Cindy has just celebrated her 1st anniversary in the car business. "I'd like to thank the rest of my sales staff, Liam(McClellan, Kia general sales manager), and the BDC for helping me achieve this award," Cindy said.

Dan made our experience buying a car amazing! We came in with the print-outs of three cars we had found on the Internet. He talked us through some of the pros-and-cons of each car on paper and then took us out. After the test drives we talked about the advantages and disadvantages of each car and even though Dan could have pushed us toward the more expensive car he really helped us pick out the best deal and the vehicle best met our needs. He wasn't pushy at all and was very enthusiastic and supportive throughout the process. Rodney made our purchasing process a breeze and the financing we got was perfect for our grad school budget. I can't recommend Premier Subaru and Dan enough--if you're going to buy a car (new or used) this is the place to go for a hassle-free experience.

These guys are just great. I bought my Kia Soul( which I love) from them about 1 1/2 months ago. You would think that since they already sold me the car they didn't have to be as nice, but you would be wrong. I went there for my first oil change( I do a lot of driving ) and I had some questions.
I spoke to Derek in the Service Department about a few topics and he was fantastic. I like to be sure I understand, so I'm one of those customers that asks a lot of questions. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need and not only did he conduct himself in a professional manner, he was also very patient and friendly with me. While there I also had a hood wind deflector installed to help keep my car safer from those shooting tiny rocks in the highway. One had done some damage already and I didn't want anymore. The price included installation and it was a great price. Derek helped me with that too.
I also interacted with Nathan and Liam, about some other questions I had, and was treated as if I was a good friend visiting during the holidays. These two are very classy guys and, like the last time, it was a pleasure talking to them. All my questions were fully answered, and they didn't make me feel like I was imposing, that's how nice these guys are. Heck if I could, I would have bought another car from them. The new 2014 Kia Soul looks soooooooooo sweet; inside and out.
Anyway, I thought they deserved a little recognition for not leaving their good nature at the end of my purchase. Great team and great leadership. Go there and you will prove me right.
