Simply an outstanding dealership
We just purchased our second Subaru from Premier and the reason we came back was service. We had our Tribeca serviced at Premier for the past few years and we always had a feeling of comfort that the right work was being done by the right people. And now we just purchased a new Outback and it is a great car. That sales process was easy and once again Premier demonstrated that all of their employees are skilled and very customer sensitive. IT was a great buying experience and we look forward to outstanding service, again.

Overall the best dealership I've ever worked with!!
If you're looking for a hassle free, knowledgeable, and no pressure dealership COME HERE!!!! After searching for months for a great value Subaru I decided to stop at Premier Subaru. I knew I wanted a car relatively new with the bells and whistles but without the price tag so, I decided to go through the certified pre-owned route. Premier Subaru in Branford has one of the largest certified Subaru inventories in the state so, it's no surprise I ended up there. From my online research I found great value in their 2012 Impreza. Once I arrived I couldn't find it since their lot is a decent size. I went inside and I was greeted by Danny Oller. I showed Danny the car I was interested in and he quickly got it for me. The most impressive part of the transaction was Danny's knowledge in their product line. I told him I had a 2008 Impreza and he quickly told me the similarities and differences between the two cars. More importantly he pointed out various items that were moved from location when the 2012 model was upgraded from the 2008 model. Premier Subaru also offered me a fair trade-in amount for my 2008 Impreza which helped me upgrade to the 2012 Impreza. Once I decided to move forward with the transaction the finance manager, Jeff, contacted me to ensure all information they had was accurate to ensure a speedy turnaround when I picked up the car. Once all paperwork was completed Danny met me at the car so that we can review the outside of the car together for any dings or scratches, there were none. Lastly, Danny took an extra few minutes to show me how to set up the Bluetooth in the car since my previous model didn't have that feature. Overall, this has been the best experience I've ever had in any dealership and I've been to a number of dealerships in this area. I sincerely recommend Premier Subaru in Branford. They are a great establishment and they aim to please. Great customer service! I'll be sure to return to Danny for future car purchases.

My wife and I purchased a Subaru Forester from Premier Subaru today. I can honestly say that I was impressed with the experience. First, it was a Saturday, and everyone was clearly very busy. But we were greeted immediately and given a place to sit for a short wait before someone could work with us. Our salesperson John was knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted, and was not pushy. He was able to answer every question I had, and frankly I had quite a few. Our test ride was no surprise since we have owned a series of Subaru's over the years, and in my opinion the Forester is an impressive vehicle. What did surprise me was that we were able to complete the financing, evaluate my trade-in, and finalize the myriad details of the sale that day. We had arrived much later than I had intended, but still drove home with our new Subaru! I had cleaned out my trade-in vehicle never suspecting that I would be saying goodbye to it today. Finally, I was surprised that once we had taken the car, John came out and took the time to explain many of the new features that we were not familiar with. I have never had better car buying experience.

Could not be better
Coming in on a Sunday looking for a quality car at a good price in short order and not being disappointed was the goal. Herman and Premier Subaru delivered in every way. An eye opening, wonderful car buying experience at Subaru
I've never had such a great experience shopping and buying a car at a dealership before. My sales rep. was Ted Astarita, Ted was very professional, meanwhile he made me feel that I was working not just with a sales rep. but also with a good, trusted friend who really wanted to help me. He gained my trust and my business by his openness, knowledge, attention to my concerns, and patience. He showed me the major features of the car I'm interested in as I told him Subaru and AWD are a whole new experience to me. He answered al my questions about the car, the warranty, pricing, and financing options. I was most impressed with his openness and transparency. It was a totally different, but positive experience. I felt well informed in just a couple of hours working with Ted, and much more confident about my purchase than in the past with other dealers, I should also mention Jeff Irzyk, Financial Services Manager, who's equally helpful, transparent, patient, and customer friendly. I'm guessing this is the Premier Subaru Branford way of doing business. It was like the dealership has opened the book for the customers to see, to get informed, and then make the informed decision based on their needs and financial situation. When I told my plan to buy an AWD car like Subaru, one of my co-workers who has a Subaru Forester spoke highly about Subaru Branford and recommended it to me. I was struck by the fact that he lives one and half hour away from Branford but is so enthusiastic about this dealership. I was further intrigued by the overwhelmingly positive customer reviews found on the dealer's web site. My experience with Ted, Jeff and this dealership certainly confirms my co-worker's enthusiasm and the many positive reviews I've read. I rarely write customer reviews. The reason that I wrote this one is because I really think my sales rep Ted deserves a heartfelt thank you from me. I also hope such positive recognitions/feedbacks can be a strong incentive to encourage Subaru Branford to maintain the top notch customer services. Finally, I really enjoy my Subaru Legacy. Purchased 2015 Subaru Forester
My mom decided to buy a 2015 Subaru Forrester, she is 86, still driving very well. After doing our research and going to other Subaru dealers we settled on premier. Of every dealer I called, they were the most courteous and technically orientated individuals I ever dealt with at dealer. Lauren McDonald was our first point of contact. She handled the majority of the sale via phone conversations and the Internet. The reason I went this route, is that my job only offers me a limited amount of free time being the president of aerospace company. They understood this, and worked with me until my satisfaction was met. My brother and I along with my mom drove down to Brantford (About 1 hour ride) where Premier is. It should be known that we have a Subaru dealer in town but not with the service Premier gave us. Upon arriving we met with Adam Arsenault our salesperson. He took the time to explain to my mother all the fine details of this automobile. His technical knowledge impressed me. I thought I did my research on this car but he knew more. We were then handed off to Jeff Irzyk, where he finalized all the financials. Having bought many cars in the past this is the first time I was ever completely satisfied. We will buy from them again.

Very positive experience!
I walked into the dealership yesterday with the hope of leaving with a new car, and that is exactly what happened. Herman Winston met me and showed me around the lot. I was not sure if I wanted the Impreza sedan or hatchback, and he went through the pros and cons of each. Overall, he was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and he has a good sense of humor. He easily rattled off the differences between the base Impreza, Premium, and Limited models. I ended up leasing an Impreza hatchback, standard. So far, I am very happy with it. I was very impressed with Winston, with the dealership in general, and with everybody I met. Jeff Irzyk was also helpful explaining everything. In just a few hours, I took a test drive, leased the car, and they handled the insurance and registration too. Winston was very polite and helpful; he had an answer to all of my difficult questions. I had heard good things about Premier, but this was my first time going there. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Job well done!

Mark Stewart #1 in my book for sales!
After driving my '03 Ford Explorer for 232K miles I finally felt it was time to get a new car. Unfortunately, a trade in wouldn't give me much money so I have decided to keep it for a while as my dog car.. Since my husband has an '02 Outback and has been pleased with it for the most part (we bought it used and it did have some noise issues) and wanting a good size but a bit lower in height car I decided to get the Outback. I didn't have specific criteria other than moon roof and cloth seats. I had been in touch with Kristen, one of the managers, and expressed my need to get the best price. Upon arriving at Premier on the last day of the month I entered into a busy showroom. Mark Stewart was my salesman and I could tell from the beginning it was going to be a stress free experience. We were a good match. Mark was knowledgeable, patient, a good listener and had a good sense of humor, which is very important to me. My husband will be buying a car hopefully sooner rather than later I would recommend he work with Mark.

Very Happy!
We took home our first Subaru this past Tuesday, after several months of looking. We test drove an Impreza with Ted Astarita over a month ago, and we had intended to take out a competitor's car to compare last Saturday. However, since those had not arrived, we returned to Subaru, and made our choice. Aside from the obvious reasons, the many amazing features, safety, reliability and gas economy of the car, our salesperson was a huge factor in making our experience great. Ted was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, addressing our questions and concerns candidly and energetically, even following up a few days later to make sure we didn't have more questions. We had an excellent experience and would recommend Ted and Premier Subaru to friends and family for sure.

Very Satisfied!
This dealership goes out of their way to make the car buying process as simple as possible without making you feel like you are at a "warehouse". While I was not buying a new car, I was still treated as if my sale was just as important as a high end sale. In the short amount of time I spent at the dealership I saw several other customers taking delivery of new vehicles. Each sales professional took time to go over features and operation of the vehicle with every customer. My sales professional Rich was amazing. I am an easy buyer so his no nonsense approach worked well for me. After speaking for just a few minutes I felt comfortable and knew that I would be happy with my purchase. As a female walking into a dealership alone, this is a huge plus. Thank you Rich and thank you to the Premier family of dealerships. I will do business again in the future.

Outstanding Service
I visited Premier Subaru to just look at the 2014 Subaru Outback. Herman Winston
was in need of a new car and had narrowed my selections down to a Subaru (not really sure of which one), the Honda or Ford. My first stop was an appointment with Herman Winston who had the Hybrid, Forester and Outback all available to test drive for me. I explained what my needs were - safety, comfort and mileage being of most concern. Herman explained all details of each car and we rather quickly narrowed it down to the Outback with no need to look at any other cars. All features have been explained and I am very happy with my car. Herman is actually working on getting bike racks for me at this time to be installed by the end of the week for a trip I will be taking.

Awesome Dealer
Staff at Premier subaru are very friendly.Went there a few months ago and spoke with Jeff Lambert who was very knowlegeable with the vehicles they are selling but just wasn't ready to pull the trigger.Finally a couple of weeks ago, I learned that the 2015 wrx was finally released so I went to the dealership again and met Ted Astarita who helped me through the whole buying process.Both very nice guys.Answered all questions that I had.Dealer only had one color of the base model that I didn't like.Ted was very quick in finding another color that I wanted.Kudos to both guys.

Great experience with Premier
I began looking for Foresters in December of 2013 and was able to drive a used Forester away by May 2014. I found that the employees of Premier are extremely knowledgeable, very detail oriented, and always happy to help. Though the website is not always as up to date as it could be, speaking with a Sales Rep about their current stock of cars is just as convenient. I trust the dealership and know that I would definitely be able to bring the car back or call a representative if something were to go wrong. Overall, the experience was convenient, quick, and helpful. I'd recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru.

Best car buying experience
My recent purchase of an Impreza at Premier Subaru was the best car buying experience I've had, thanks mostly to Mark Stewart, my sales consultant. I was pretty certain that I'd buy the Impreza but had some questions and wanted to give it a test drive. Mark was courteous and thorough, spending a good amount of time pointing out features and answering my questions. He also spent time reviewing features and answering *more* questions, when I returned to pick up the car.
Mark listened and was respectful, unlike those who take the "hard sell" approach. Rather than speak negatively about other car manufacturers, he concentrated on all the pluses a Subaru has to offer, the Impreza in particular. My experience with Mark is the primary reason that I didn't go to another dealer to compare offers, which I've always done.
When I phoned for clarification on items on the invoice and one of the tasks I needed to do, Mark was working with other customers. I was referred to sales managers Rich Johnson and Will Petrillo (the second call) and they, too, were most courteous and helpful.
Finally, I believe I received a great offer from Premier, on both the cost of the car and the trade-in value of my former car. All in all, I highly recommend Premier Subaru for your purchase of a great car!!

Happy to have switched to another dealer service shop who treats every Subaru owner as an important customer and not just a number. I would rather pay for excellent service than be given false hopes or be waiting in a fancy lounge only to be bombarded by miscellaneous "other" fees when the bill is presented to me. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
We came on a Sunday to just check out the cars and get an idea of what we were looking for. The lot was jammed full of people doing the same thing we were. We were quite amazed how busy the dealership was for a Sunday afternoon. Although we had to wait a while for Herman to help us as he was in the middle of helping another couple, our wait was worth it. Herman was delightful to deal with. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Although we were originally "just looking"; it was because of Herman that we put a deposit down that day. He went out of his way to work with us to get the financing we needed that would fit into our budget. When we picked it up four days later, he put new mats in the car, as there weren't any and he filled the gas tank up, much to our surprise. Then he took a picture of us smiling away with our new purchase.
Rodney was very descriptive when he went through the papers with us. He made sure we understood everything before we left.
Although we live about 40 minutes away, the distance was well worth the drive. We're thrilled with our new (used) car and with the way we were treated at Premier Subaru. Herman especially is a wonderful asset for your business. Everyone we met there could not have been nicer. We will definitely recommend Premier Subaru to anyone we know who is looking for a car.

Expedited the financial process
Danny Oller was the salesman I worked with. He was friendly and personable. I was buying a used Subaru because I have had other Subaru's and found the quality to be exceptional. At the beginning of my appointment with Mark Gennette, my sales consultant, I told him I had "come to look". He really listened to the list of features I was interested in, and his patience in answering all my questions set the tone for an unpressured and leisurely experience. The very lengthy test drive covered different road types and traffic conditions. Mark and Rich Johnson put their heads together and 5 hours later I was no longer looking--I was purchasing a new 2014 Forester. I have had the car for a week, and Mark is still helpful when I have a question the manual in unclear in explaining. It was truly a pleasure working with Mark, Rich, Rodney and Premier Subaru of Branford, and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Our overall car buying/leasing experience was very positive
Mr. Winston was very enthusiastic about the cars and the dealership that he represents. He spent about four hours working with us and allowed use to drive three different vehicles so that we could decide which vehicle to lease. Mr. Winston made every effort to insure that we had a positive car leasing experience. He answered all our questions honestly and determined what our priorities were before offering test drive activities. Once we had decided on the vehicle that we wanted, he and his associates provided us with honest answers and clear financial information that allowed us to decide on a Subaru Outback Limited 3.6R automobile. I got my new forester 2014 at Premier Subaru. From the moment I sent the first e-mail and to the time I drove home in my new card, I enjoyed my purchasing experience. Mark was my sales consultant and his honesty and patience made me buy the car; he took the time to deal with me, my wife and 2-year-old son (not easy). I had two cars in mind, but Marks knowledge and experience helped me to pick the forester. Mark Gennette helped me with my recent purchase of a pre-owned Subaru Outback. I cannot say enough good things about the dealership and the people that work there. Mark was very patient and took me around in three different cars before I made a decision to purchase the right car for me.
I would say this was an "experience" buying a car at Premier. They do not stop at buying the car. The dealership overall leave a very positive impression
My husband and I visited Branford Subaru yesterday. Our overall experience was a great one. Daniel was knowledgeble, courteous and attentive. Daniel has impressive people skills which will serve him well in future. As time was a factor for us, Dan was able to expedite our purchase and get us in our vehicle that day. Detail stepped up to get us out on time, and considering it was a busy Saturday was greatly appreciated. Dan went above and beyond, as far as to let our 8yr old borrow his tablet to keep her occupied while she waited.
The dealership overall leave a very positive impression, showroom was clean and well organized. Sales staff were all courteous and pleasant.
Service department was clean and updated. Service sales people seemed pleasant and amicable. Again for a busy Saturday, things seemed to run very well. Its a true test that a business is well run to see it on one of its busiest days. Also, observing folks waiting spoke volumes. Customers seemed patient and willing to wait vs the irritated impatient attitude that can develop when people are asked to wait.
The only criticism that I have, is regarding the quote given over the phone.( not given by Daniel) We ended up if Branford, because of a reasonable quote for a leased car over the phone. I knew what I wanted, gave specifics over the phone and was quoted a number over the phone. I was not informed this quote was based on Tier 1 credit score. I had a specific number in mind and spent all day thinking this would be payment, then 10min before leaving was informed because we were not tier 1 credit it would be 60.00/per month more.
I have to admit, I dont like suprises- it would have been great to know this BEFORE and be mentally prepared ahead of time. I was embarrassed and felt I had no choice at that point to finish the deal. I really dont like having to make decisions like that without having time t think. I felt as if my hand was forced. . It was an education for me, I now know I need to know my credit score specifically BEFORE I go in. I would suggest when giving specific quotes over the phone, make sure people understand it is based on the Tier 1 score. Saying......" Good News" we can do this for a specific price is very misleading, assuming all have Tier 1 credit scores. Kudos, to those folks that are able to maintain that, but for the rest of us, we are working on it.
Had I been informed that price was based on credit score we could have worked this out first, saved me the embarassment and overall had a Stellar experience at Premier.
Daniel was very apologetic about this and was made aware that the only reason we made the trip to Branford ( from Fairfield) was as a result of the quote given over the phone.
Overall, we would use Premier again, specifically Daniel if possible. I have my eye on a Crosstrek, and now with my new lease I get 35 months to get myself to tier 1!

The best car buying experience we have ever been through
To all the great people at Premire Subaru of Branford. From the moment we entered your business area we felt welcomed by the receptionist. (We buy a car every 13-16 years). Well to our surprise Richard the sales manager picked up on our tension level immediately and talked to us for awhile and calmed us down. Picking out our great salesman Ted. He listened to what we were in search of and picked out a couple of prospective vehicles. There was NO pressure just explaniations as to the differences between our choices. Then we zeroed in on one and BANG The beautiful 2014 Outback Limited with all the features we were looking for. A short test drive with more detailed explaniations and we knew that this car was for us. At the end of our drive we decided to go with a deposit to hold the vehicle so we could go and look at a few other XXX vehicles we had in mind. Next day after our search ended we returned spoke to Richard and Ted again and started the purchasing process of our dream car. Yes dream car. We then worked with MIcheal who seamlessly filled in all the blanks with some more helpful car reviews. Set a date and returned again to smiles, hand shakes and coffee. We then started the final purchasing experience with Richard, Ted and Micheals calming guidance. Next Ted had the big job; my wife, jittery over a very big storm coming. She was suffering from as I call "chicken little syndrome". He brought our shinny new vehicle down and explained everything on how to drive, adjusting everything, handed over the keys and she was off. "Many, Many Thanks TED and ALL"! Yes we will see you soon and finish filling in the ??? blanks. All in all this was the best car buying experience we have ever been through and look forward to the Service side of our Subaru purchase.

My 21 year son and I walked into Premier Subaru in Branford to the friendly eyes of Daniel who instantly introduced himself. We had been to another subaru dealership in Milford a day before. My son knew knew what car he wanted and had his heart set on it. Daniel carefully took us through the steps of the car buying process. This was a first experience for my son who was instanly taken under Daniel's wing and shown a detailed evaluation of the car. This was not done by the Miford dealership. He carefully went through the car showing him every aspect of it and they went for a test drive. Daniel was very informative and made sure Brian understood everything he was explaining to him. We discussed the treatment we experienced by the Subaru dealership in Milford and was told that many of the things they did were wrong such as keeping his title to the jeep he drives along with the jeeps registration . Daniel then put our care into the welcoming hands of Mike Meyer. Mike also took Brian under his wing gathering all the information needed to try to obtain a bank that would give him a loan. Brian did not sleep the night before we were to hear if a loan came through. Unfortuatley a loan could not be obtained and Mike called Brian with the news. Mike Meyer tried everything in his power to get a company to take him on. He went down every path imaginable. We were called and updated not only by Mike but also by Daniel who was right on top of the proceess. They both wanted to see Brian in this car but at this time it was not meant to be. I believe this was a huge learning experience for Brian and with the help of Daniel and Mike he will save more money, obtain more credit and try again in the spring. You guys went over and beyond for us and we are deeply, truly thankful. One of the kindest most genuine people I've had the pleasure to meet.
I came here because I was looking for a replacement for my 02 wrx that I had owned for maybe an hour before it was wrecked and totaled. Premier Subaru said they had the same model and year in stock in an, arguably, better color. I drove 2 hours from the Boston area to look at this car and was helped by Mr Caraglio once I got there. He was, and has been, one of the kindest most genuine people I've had the pleasure to meet. I let him know that this was one of the first manual transmission cars I had driven and helped make sure I knew what I was doing with it during my test drive. I, of course, fell in love with the car. Mr Caraglio helped me incredibly to make sure the transfer of the vehicle went smoothly taking it to Massachusetts. If it weren't so far away I'd go there for whatever maintenance I'd ever need.

Honest, Patient, Knowledgeable of the Product
I purchased my first Subaru at Premier from Trisha Bailey. I had a great "overall" experience from the dealership, but Trisha was outstanding as a salesperson. She was honest, patient, knowledgeable of the product and very willing to "dig deep" for any questions I had that she might not have been able to answer to what she thought was her best ability. She spent an enormous amount of time with me making sure that all my needs were met. Since my purchase in April 2013, I have spoken to Tricia and returned to Premier for "customer service" help/questions that I have had. Excellent service and experience!
We have just leased two new 2014 Outbacks through Tricia Bailey. Trish worked amazingly hard and effectively to put together a 'deal' for us that made it less expensive to lease both new cars at the same time, even though the lease on one still had 6 months to run. That's a first for us and a great credit to Trish for looking out for our best interest. We live two hours away from Premier Subaru, and Trish handled everything in advance through email and phone. We were able to drive down, pick up the cars, and return home, all in a few hours! If you're going to buy a car (new or used) this is the place to go
Dan made our experience buying a car amazing! We came in with the print-outs of three cars we had found on the Internet. He talked us through some of the pros-and-cons of each car on paper and then took us out. After the test drives we talked about the advantages and disadvantages of each car and even though Dan could have pushed us toward the more expensive car he really helped us pick out the best deal and the vehicle best met our needs. He wasn't pushy at all and was very enthusiastic and supportive throughout the process. Rodney made our purchasing process a breeze and the financing we got was perfect for our grad school budget. I can't recommend Premier Subaru and Dan enough--if you're going to buy a car (new or used) this is the place to go for a hassle-free experience.

Knowledgable, No pressure salesman
I recently bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport from Jeff Irzyk at Premier Subaru. I was long overdue for a new car but I did not relish the thought of going through what I thought would be a hassle buying a new car from a dealer. My experience at Premier, and with Jeff Irzyk, was anything but a hassle. Jeff is a very knowledgable, no pressure salesman. I also used [Auto Buying Program] which could not have been any easier. I got this car for about $2200 off MSRP. Finally, I'm also a Consumer Reports subscriber. Consumer Reports gives very high marks for the Subaru Impreza. I bought the Sport (hatchback) Limited. It is an awesome looking car, gets great gas mileage, has all-wheel drive, has a safety record second to none, and should be incredible in the snow. I should never have waited as long as I did to get a new car. Jeff Irzyk and everyone I dealt with at Premier are great people.

The price at Premier was the best
If you want a high quality, without high pressure, buying experience go to Premier Subaru of Branford and work with Jeffrey Lambert. Upon arrival at the dealership we (my wife and I) were greeted by Jeffrey Lambert. Since we were new Subaru shoppers and had no idea what model we were interested in we strolled the extensive selection of cars on the lot. After looking at a number of models and several of each model we started the test drive process. We test drove a Crosstrek limited and a Forester. Jeffrey asked us if we wanted to test drive any other cars. Since we had decided that the Crosstrek was the car for us we did not test drive any other cars. Our salesperson, Jeffrey Lambert, made the entire process an enjoyable experience. After the test drives we discussed general pricing. We let Jeffrey know that we had other dealerships to visit and would get back to him. Jeffrey gave us his card and we left. There was no pressure to make a deal at that moment. No one followed us out the door trying to get us to stay to hammer out a deal. After we left we went to [Retailer] and saw the [Auto Buying Program] brochure. We went home and went online to see what dealership was in the [Auto Buying Program]. It was Premier Subaru in Branford. We e-mailed Premier to get the [special] price and Jeffrey got back to us with the [special] price. We received other offers and the price at Premier was the best. Another dealership quoted a selling price that was approximately $200+ higher for a car with an MSRP $1,200 lower than the MSRP of the Crosstrek limited that we purchased at Premier Subaru in Branford. That other dealership's salesman stated that the [Auto Buying Program] was only a referral service, that there was no [special] price. I do not know if there is a [special] price, but we received the lowest price by using the [Auto Buying Program] and received a $200 coupon from [Retailer] for using their Car Buying program to buy a car. The coupon can be used at Premier Subaru for service, accessories or parts.

From initial contact and eventual purchase it was a pleasure dealing with her and also Tricia. No typical high pressure, just answered my questions and when I was ready to buy. things moved quickly and flawlessly. I went into premier subaru a month and a half ago to look at cars. It was my first time buying a new car and I wanted to make sure I ended up with the best car possible. She worked with me and was very informative about the cars. Since I just started a new job, I needed to wait to save money for the car. Tricia stayed in contact with me throughout the month+ and when it was time to purchase the car, she worked hard to get me a great deal. She is a genuinely good person and that makes you feel comfortable choosing the car you want. Her patience, kindness, and relatability really made this a great experience. Low pressure atmosphere, honesty, and straightforwardness with an out the door price.
This was the first time I have purchased a car from a dealership. I was hesitant at first but then ended up having a great experience. I walked into premier for the first time with no appointment. Tricia made us a priority and spent much of the afternoon giving us a complete review of their inventory. She didn't pressure as at all and let us walk away. I did my homework and shopped around for about a month. When it came to making a decision I felt that Tricia deserved my business because of the low pressure atmosphere, honesty, and straightforwardness with an out the door price. I felt Tricia always had my best interest in mind and even called me after work hours to make sure I got my forester before anyone else could claim it. I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a subaru.

Perhaps the most incredible experience I ever had in a car dealership was at Premier Subaru with Trish. I've bought many cars in my life, did my homework, and knew exactly what I wanted (a 2013 "leftover" Legacy v6, base model, pretty much option free). The car in that configuration was being discontinued by Subaru. Only a few were left in the US at the time. Trish knew she could not get one and sell it to me. Did the story end there? No! It just began. Trish made it clear she did not want to just sell me a car, but earn a customer. She made sure I knew all my options if I changed my mind (because I was new to Subaru, she allowed me to test drive pretty much anything I wanted). She offered to work to find me one used, one of comparable value, and made sure I knew what a solid dealership Premier was for my future needs. She emailed me financial models, cars coming available, and was totally on top of my situation. One does not forget service like that. Trish knew she would not make a dime this go-round. My situation was unique, but with a wife and 2 kids needing cars in the future, Trish has won herself (and Premier) a customer for years to come. I was very impressed. The staff in the service department is excellent. I purchased my car at an auction last year and chose to bring it to Premier on whim for service. The staff in the service department has treated me no differently than those who purchased cars from Premier. This says a lot about Premier Subaru in my opinion and in the event I decide to purchase a newer car in the future, Premier Subaru will certainly be on the list of dealerships I visit. Great Dealership and Great Salesperson
I recently visited Premier Subaru as my first stop in shopping for a new car. Although I am not ready to purchase quite yet I already know that all I will need to do is return to Premier and see Tricia Bailey. Tricia treated me with kid gloves and did not apply any unwanted pressure for me to commit at that moment. She took her time and enlightened me to all of the different models and options and what would fit my budget the best. When I am ready I will head directly to Premier and to Tricia.

Very Satisfied
We had narrowed our choices down to three kinds of cars, Volvo wagon, Toyota Prius, and Subaru Outback. We visited Premier Subaru and had the good fortune to have Tricia Bailey as our salesperson. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and, as a fellow dog-lover, helped us choose our Outback. Tricia follows up with us constantly to make sure we are still happy with our purchase, and we are. I can't give a rating on quality of repairs because we haven't had any service done yet, but if our experience will be anything like it's been thus far, we'll be very satisfied.

Great experience, great sale rep
I had recently totaled my 2004 Subaru forester and was in the market immediately for another. Premier Subaru had a beautiful 2007 model on their lot and when I went check it out, The car was everything they had advertised a more. Tricia Bailey was a fantastic sale rep and went above and beyond to get me into that car and it was the best choice I could've made. Almost 3 months have gone by and I have not a single complaint and the car is a dream. Tricia was not only attentive during the entire day I spent there, making sure this car was the one for me, but she continued to show interest in me and my purchase months after I bought it. I recently received a friendly postcard from her for my birthday and letting me know she is STILL available to help me out with any issues I have in the future with my car. Aside from tricia's help, Michael Meyers, one of the ownership counselors, was also a pleasure to sit down with and help finalize my purchase.
My family is in the market for another subaru and I can honestly say there is no other dealership I'd like to go through and no one else I'd prefer to use than Tricia.

Mark Gennette was really helpful in taking us to the lot to find the car I saw online in inventory which was different from other Silver cars (I wanted a platinum interior)...and there it was waiting for me! lol! Mark provided pointers along the test drive and offered additional information about the car, the features, etc. He answered all my questions and provided some comparative information about the difference between my husband's 2012 and this 2014 Forester. We have worked with Mark on other Subaru purchases and he is great! He is easy to talk to--and listens to our questions carefully so he can address them.
I had the opportunity to meet with Rich Johnson who was very friendly and made a point to come over and introduce himself to me. My husband had met him before with previous purchases, but quite honestly you don't typically see a General Sales Manager reach out that often--so that was refreshing!
Working with Mike Meyer in finalizing the financing and paperwork for DMV was awesome. He made it easy and answered all my questions with regard to maintenance programs, financing outcomes, and forms. He was very likeable and friendly; coming from a customer service background I always look for that when working with others.
Everyone at Premier are customer focused and I appreciate that there is no pressure or hype. When I went to pick up my car after the prep, I had no way to get there. They sent Isaac to give me a ride and I was truly impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. We had a very nice chat as we sat in traffic...I can see the qualities that Premier looks for when they hire and this young man demonstrated those high qualities.

The staff in the service department are WONDERFUL!!
It's such a pleasure to talk to a woman competent in car issues. I was told to come in and someone would look at the 'low tire pressure' light on the dash. Turns out it was due to the recent colder weather, and the car needed more pressure in the tires. I've never had a car with such a sensitive low tire pressure indicator, but now that i understand, we will get a gauge and be prepared to monitor this more closely. I waited less than 20 minutes for the situation to be evaluated and there was no charge. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Not only was I able to get my appointment on the day and time that I needed, but I was taken on time and my car finished in the time promised. What was even better was my car was returned to me sparkling clean, which was terrific as I had not gotten to the car wash. Thanks again!!

Your staff is amazing and you can feel the pride they have in working for you. From my first call to your dealership, I dealt with Mark Genette. He was absolutely wonderful! Not pushy, no "let me talk to my manager" nonsense. His follow through was the best part. It didn't matter that we were purchasing a low pricepoint car. He treated my husband and I like we were VIP's! I test drove a car at 4:15 and actually drove it off your lot at 7:00 THE SAME DAY!
Rodney Pomerleau also deserves to be acknowledged. He made the financing go smooth as silk. His personality is superb and we really enjoyed dealing with him.

I am so glad he went the extra mile to do that for us
I bought my first brand new car last week from Premier. I went thinking I was going to purchase a Forester - called ahead, took a test drive with Herman - the original salesperson. When we returned from that test drive, I laid my eyes on an orange XV Crosstrek and fell in love! We went for a test drive in a more conveniently located dark blue one. Herman was saying things like "the Forester is much smoother ride, etc." Then he said "Hey - you're all over the map, you can't be doin' this now.."
I told him to not rush me, this wasn't like a decision of what I plan to have for dinner tonight. It was obvious his mind was on other customers who were in the dealership and I told him, "if you have other customers, go ahead, I needed to take my time in making this decision and I didn't want to be rushed" We went to a local deli to discuss. Luckily, when we went to sign the papers, Rodney noticed our interest rate with USAA was too high, he told us he would make some calls. Rodney cut it in half and I am so glad he went the extra mile to do that for us.
When I came to pick up the car, Herman was on a day off and Daniel was the salesperson to help show us the car. He walked me through all the details and did it with such a nice demeanor - I felt like a proud customer and it was wonderful. He first took the car and got gas, then started explaining the car's features. We even went for another ride so I could try the paddle shift. I had only been show the cargo space by Herman who simply opened the hatchback. One thing Herman did do which I appreciated is - suggested to take another test drive in the Forester right after driving the Crosstrek so that I could compare the difference again.
Daniel was the type of salesperson one would expect to find at a Subaru dealership - almost like he could be in a commercial - totally fits the reputation that Subaru has acquired. I am so grateful that I got to spend so much time with Daniel when picking up my new car - it redeemed the experience for me.
I would recommend anyone to go see Daniel at Premier - and I would remind them to talk to Rodney before committing to another loan.

Asked the correct questions
I just wanted to tell you that I have enjoyed working with Daniel. I typically hate purchasing cars thinking its worse than having surgery. I have met with him and thought that his "selling skills" were "spot on ". Whether that translates to a sale I am not sure - just because of timing and inventory. But -- as an x-sales person/OR surgical sales person - I could see that he was getting my contact info, trying to close the deal, asked the correct questions, knew my time was limited with "mom pressure to be home to the kids", etc. I am surprised that a Madison dealer did not think I was worth following up on. And another thought he had to speak to my husband when it was "the wife" initiating the call to him. Bottomline, I don't know Daniel but he seems to be an informed, nice guy who wants to make the sale. I just wanted you to know that he gave me a good experience at Premier. Now I have to work on my darling husband form my end. LOL.

Premier had the best inventory
Herman took a good deal of time to share his knowledge of the 2014 Subaru Forester and help me make the transition from my 2003!He went out of his way to make my buying experience as painless as possible, including giving me a very competitive price after I had visited several other dealers. Great company to deal with from the moment you enter the door! No high pressure salesfolk using quichey phrases, and always brutally- honest interactions. Reminded us of the "no- haggle" policies of the old Saturn dealers. From the beginning of our transaction to the final step, all of the folk involved handled the sale with utmost professionalism as is being taught today. Adam Arsenault, our salesman, knew his product well and clearly assessed our needs offering the very best he knew how. It was explained that since Subarus are always being brought in as "NEW", direct from the factory, there exists a price plan that only reflects that distinction- no clearing out of old inventory here with psuedo- hyped- up end of model year sales with drastic cuts as is typical at most other car manufacturers this time of year. Our trade-in was priced fairly according to Kelly Blue Book, etc guides, unfortunately "sans" the NADA guide which most municipalities including our city overuse to assess one's annual vehicle taxes. Adam Arsenault was aided in our car-buying process from his staff: Will Petrilllo; a sales-closer, Rodney Pomerleau; a business manager, and the guys in service who prepared the car! All of these folk, along with Adam, knew their part of the dramatic process well and handled our transaction professionally. A better performance could not be had! A shout-out to the guys who prepped the new car as we didn't catch their names (not an easy task to do with a WHITE car)! We look forward to our first interactions with the service department scheduled for the upcoming Fall season. We will expect no less than what was experienced during the sale. Overall, we highly recommend this dealer!

DAN GETS AN A++ We want you to know what a fantastic job Dan Caraglio did for us. He listened carefully to what model we were interested in and what our price point was. Once we were ready to drive the Legacy, he expertly described the function of every part of the vehicle and answered all the questions we had. We had actually looked at comparable cars of 5 other manufacturers but no salesperson came anywhere close to Dan in friendliness, enthusiasm, knowledge and willingness to make our experience at Primier Subaru a totally positive one. Although I (Joyce) chose an Altima because the seats were physically more comfortable for me, Ted absolutely loved the Legacy and, when he's ready to replace his current car, he'll be calling Dan. :-)

Extremely patient
Herman was very pleasant to work with. He filled me in on all the information I needed. If he didn't know the answer to a question he found the answer immediately. He was extremely patient with me while I decided if I wanted a new or pre-owned car and took me for several rides so I could test drive each car I was interested in. When purchasing our car he tried his hardest to move us along as quickly as possible. Herman has even called after I was home with my car to see if there was anything else that was needed. Herman was great to work with!

This is my first car purchase in a long time and first time to be driving after 2 years. Daniel was extremely patient with me, explaining the most basic aspects of the car and buying experience. For a stressful process, he did his best to smooth out all the bumps and pressures. I would definitely recommend working with him, and all the people at Premier were exceptionally friendly. They are certainly customer-centric, which is refreshing.

I purchased a used Toyota from my employer for my son. The vehicle is 11 years old with little to no service history other than a recent oil change. I dropped off the vehicle last week to your service department and gave them carte blanche to repair whatever needed to be done. I took it to you because I knew I could trust your service department and was hesitant about bringing it to a Toyota dealer. I scheduled an appointment with Kristen Augustine for today on May 17. I did it using your online system, and Kristen's response was quick, and she was lovely and accommodating. I dropped my car off, concerned that I was going to have very pricey repairs, but your competent staff, led by Charlie, who has been honest, reliable, and an all around great guy since I began servicing my car with you in 2005; examined my car, and couldn't discern why my check engine light is coming on after long periods of sitting idle (e.g., overnight). That said, they resolved the problem of a gas smell in the cabin of my car by tightening my fuel lines, and advised me to keep an eye on my spark plugs and head gasket, as it has developed a mild leak. When I asked what the cost was, I was charged nothing. Given that I have a very tight budget, this was such a welcome gift and surprise that I almost cried. I know that sounds dramatic, but I was so relieved and grateful. THANK YOU!
I was taken such great care of by your staff: Kristen, the front office staff, Ashley, the service team, and Johnny, who was pleasant, funny, and carefully got me to work, then, brought me back to pick up my car.

For the first time I walked away feeling good
Since my husbands passing 6 years ago this is the 3rd time I've had to lease on my own. Had urgent need for car - used or new. Salesman was not pushy. Let me arrive at my own decision. Sales process was easy and quick. Was in my new car in less than 24 hours. Warranties and oil change program seem to be good, although have not used them yet.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, Tammy and Daniel were nothing but helpful, cheerful, and friendly. Daniel showed me the Subaru Impreza I had seen on the website, and when I was concerned with the trunk space in the car and whether it would fit all my soccer equipment for practices, Daniel showed me a few other options, along with setting me up to bring all of my gear to the dealership and drive the Impreza to practice to ensure everything would fit comfortably. His outside of the box thinking and great customer service sold me on not only the car but the dealership. Daniel and Tammy made me feel at ease at what can be a very stressful process. Thanks again!

I cannot thank Premier enough for this amazing experience in buying a car
My boyfriend and I came all the way from Long Island, NY to trade in his 2003 Mach 1 Mustang for his dream car, a Subaru WRX. We were warmly welcomed by all the staff, specifically Barb Mullen. Not only did she go above and beyond for us when it came to welcoming us, but she was informative, attentive and a complete PLEASURE to speak to. Our test drive was amazing, Vinny actually got a feel for the car, instead of a 10 minute drive that dealers usually give. Barb took us out to show us what this car was made of, and to see she loved driving stick, made her even more loveable!. We spent a total of 6 to 7 hours at the dealer including negotiations on his trade and other things such as paperwork. Not one complaint when it came to the hospitality of every individual in that establishment, but above all Barb will always stand out in my mind. The rating of 5/5 on almost every possible choice is clear; we came on a mission to find Vinny his car, at an amazing price that was never offered back home. The customer service and every other aspect is truly remarkable, one in which I'm still telling everyone about when they ask about Vinnys new car! Although I was more upset then Vinny as we drove away, leaving his gorgeous mustang on the lot, I knew Barb was right when she said it was for new, fresh start. It is amazing to see how comfortable Vinny is at driving, he loves everything about it. I cannot thank Premier enough for this amazing experience in buying a car, I know we will never find anything like this back home, as well as Cheryl who emailed Vinny back and forth multiple times answering any and all questions about the WRX listed on the website, she is the soul reason we came all the way from Long Island. But most importantly, I deep and gracious thank Barbara Mullen for the amazing, caring, and truly out of this world customer service and hospitality. She should be commended for her work, as well as perfect directions to Dairy Queen, Vinny left with his dream car, and I left with a full belly of ice cream we do not have on the Island!!

At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision
My search for a low-mileage certified pre-owned Forester from a highly rated Subaru dealership led me to Premier Subaru. Far from being an impulse shopper when it comes to car buying, I immediately appreciated that the sales staff at Premier gave me the time, space, and freedom to walk the lot alone and look over the wide variety of CPO models on site. During my first visit, I had the pleasure of running into Michael Iovino and immediately felt that he was the kind of relaxed, low-pressure salesman I wanted to work with. Mike was absolutely terrific in every way: knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient. Over the course of several more visits spanning a five-week period, Mike was always available to answer my questions and discuss the pros/cons of specific vehicles I zeroed in on. At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision, nor was I ever made to feel like I was wasting his or anyone else's time. I really respect this long-term-view approach to doing business; it's clear that Premier is a dealership that makes customer loyalty and satisfaction a priority. Long story short: because of Mike, I am now the proud owner of a gently used 2010 Forester that met all of my criteria. Even better, I got it for a fair price, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Mike has my highest recommendation. Definitely seek him out.

I drove from the Albany, NY area to buy a car from Premier Subaru. They had the *best* prices within a 100-mile radius, hands down. Rita was FANTASTIC to deal with. She set up everything ahead of my Saturday visit and called me en route to let me know who to ask for once I got there. I met with Adam, who had the car all ready for a test drive by the time I arrived. Will, Rodney, and Mike tag-teamed on the trade-in and financing ends. Tammy batted cleanup and took care of all the other details, including handling out-of-state registration. It was a wonderful experience and I absolutely *LOVE* my 2012 Subaru Legacy! It was more than a 12-hour day that included a 6-hour round trip, but I'm very happy I made the drive. If you want a great price on a Subaru and a fabulous team to work with, go to Premier Subaru! You won't regret it.

Our experience at Premier Subaru was the way it should be at all cars dealers. Pleasant and relaxed, friendly and no pressure. Mark Gennette was very calm and laid back. He showed us any car we wanted to see and encouraged me to try driving any one I wanted too. There were none of the typical car dealer catch phrases used at all I loved that! We couldn't be happier with our Subaru Outback, it's like brand new. Mark even got me a new hubcap for a scratched one that we discovered. Thank you again, Mark. Michael Meyer was also very good guiding us through all the paper work and so patient trying to get our insurance card snfu straightened out so we coud take the car home.We wish him well in his career. A very nice young man! Any way our experience was great,we will be back.

While it was a busy day at the dealership, Mark Gennette still did a great job attending to us and our needs. He took us on a great test drive which really gave us a feel of the vehicle. Mark also had such a great up-beat personality and a great knowledge of the vehicles - he was able to answer any question we had with good informative detail. Then, Will Petrillo helped us value our trade in vehicle to a fair amount taking into consideration our certified pre-owned purchase. He really did a good job getting us to a payment we felt comfortable with. Lastly, Rodney Pomerleau was great in getting us all the paperwork signed and sealed in a quick fashion. He was very detailed in his description of everything signed and all the services we would have included in our purchase. I never dreamed I would LOVE a Subaru
My husband and I went to shop around for a new vehicle. We had read and talked to friends and coworkers and thought we would go test drive three makes of cars. We had no intention of buying a car that day but after driving a limited Subaru outback, we did indeed buy the Subaru that same day without test driving any of the other makes. Herman Winston, the salesman who worked with us is very knowledgable about the vehicles. The reason we bought the car that day is because Winston was very patient with us and helped us to trade in our vehicle and buy a car. We just purchased our 2014 Subaru Forester Touring, our 4th Forester and 10th Subaru. We can't say enough good things about Premier Subaru because they really do have the customer's interest's at heart. From sales to service, we have never had a complaint and find that everyone takes it upon himself/herself to be sure that the customer is completly satisfied. "Premier" not only defines the name of the Dealership, it also defines the quality of the personnel, their friendliness of each of them and the work performed. Thank you Bob and company.

I would highly recommend Premier Subaru for a new or used car purchase.
I worked with Rita Ruhland via email prior to visiting the dealership. We had a few exchanges and I narrowed down my test drive choices to a 2013 Impreza Sport Premium and a 2013 WRX. Unfortunately between talking with Rita and coming in for the test drive, another customer put a deposit on the 2013 Impreza Sport so I was unable to test drive the specific model. They let me know early in the process that the car I was originally interested in was unavailable and found a suitable replacement for me to drive in addition to the WRX. The test drives were no hassles at all. Scott Collins simply got the keys and away we went. I didn't feel any sort of high pressure sales. It was a very relaxed environment, and everybody in the dealership was friendly and professional. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in and a great deal on the WRX I ended up purchasing. I had a terrific experience purchasing a new Subaru at Premier last week...
I found the sales room to be bright and cheery. Everybody I saw and met were very friendly and helpful. For example, I was looking for a brochure to bring home to my wife. I was told that they were currently out of them for my model. A staff member overheard the conversation and offered go search for one that may been previously in use. After a short search she found one. I was impressed that she cared even though she was not a member of the sales team.My salesman, Herman Winston, was excellent. Buying a new car in a showroom is not always a pleasant experience. Herman made it very comfortable and easy. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the different models and their features. I think he was proficient at every thing from setting the clock to tuning the engine. It was a very good experience.

Adam made my Outback purchase easy and pleasant. I was not pressured at all to purchase the vehicle. He gave me all information, nothing was hidden. I was free to go home and think it over without pressure to buy that day. I have bought several cars over the past 10 years and I have NEVER had such a pleasant and consumer respectful experience. My car was not on the Premier lot but they were able to locate the car elsewhere within days. Upon pick up, Adam spent an hour with me answering all questions and explaining all features of the vehicle. I would DEFINITELY recommend doing business with Adam and Premier Subaru! Thanks guys!!!

I was given an honest answer
I had come in for an oil change and to have the ball joints checked and probably replaced. I was pretty convinced they needed to be done, but the service dept. said they were in good condition and didn't need replacement. As I was leaving I was struck by the fact that I was given an honest answer and that I wasn't being taken for a financial ride, as I would have paid to replace the parts with no question. Integrity is an unusual thing to find lurking in a garage. Thanks!

As a single woman,I have had agonizing experiences buying cars on my own.
I have felt taken advantage of because I don't know enough about cars and I'm not an aggressive person.
Working with Barb Mullen, I not only got the best deal I could imagine but she made it so much fun.
