Gen 4 Head Units
The latest map update was released May 13th (OTA) and May 20th (USB). This entire population is withintheir 3 years of free map updates. Customers will be notified in late-July that a free map update is
available.
The latest map update was released May 27th (OTA) and May 30th (USB). The map payment portal is
currently broken and, as such, free map updates will remain available until August when the payment
portal is fixed. Customers will be notified in July that a free map update is available, and that this will be
the last free update available to them.
Gen 3 Head Units
The latest map update was released May 13th. The map payment portal is currently broken and, as such,free map updates will remain available until August when the payment portal is fixed. Customers will be
notified in June that a free map update is available, and that this will be the last free update available to
them.
Gen 2 Head Units
A new map update was released in December 2021. Customers received an email notification at that
time. Customers will be notified in July that a 20% off coupon code (PR0M-0W77-TB2K) is available for
the latest update until July 31st.
Gen 1 Head Units - 2015MY and older
Unfortunately, Map updates are no longer available for download/purchase for Gen 1 head units.
