Not that I visited a lot of Subaru dealerships, but I must
say yours is one of the best I have visited. We were
impressed with your personnel, especially Michael Lucibello, and
Barbara Shaham from customer service. Also in the exceptional personal
group are Andi Vilches, Phil Eininger, and last but not least Jack Basciano, whom
I met shortly prior to my exit from the dealership, and only had a friendly
banter with him, but he shows a personality I would consider a person
with whom I would enjoy his company.
I guess for our family we have found our personal dealership
and will be your customer for any and all service. Thank you
for providing what I consider the correct and proper way to
provide service to customers,
Great job to all concerned.
