Subaru Forester wins Motor Trend SUV of the Year . . .
Again!
Â
In a move determined as a "no-brainer, Motor Trend magazine has announced that their 2014 SUV of the Year is none other than the Subaru Forester. This is the second time that the Forester has won SUV of the Year rights, as it also took the crown in 2009, and its sister vehicle, the Outback took the SUV title in 2010. Motor Trend applauded Subaru for making the Forester larger without scaring off its faithful followers - that means more cargo space for all of your equipment. The magazine also applauded Subaru for finding the right balance between fuel economy - the 2014 2.5i now gets 33 miles per gallon with its CVT transmission - and power - the Forester XT, with 250 horsepower and 258 lb-ft. of torque, went 0 to 60 in 6.2 seconds, faster than the Acura MDX and BMW X1. Plus, the Forester XT starts at less than $29,000. Subaru Forester aces stringent new IIHS test

   ÂÂ
In the last few months, the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety has instituted a stringent new test now required for its upgraded "Top Safety Pick" award, now called "TPS+". The test in question is a small overlap front impact test, where only a minor portion of the front bumper on the driver's side is impacted at 40 mph. The Subaru Forester handled the devastating impact with ease, and won a "Good" rating, IIHS's highest rating, based on data showing that risk of injury to the driver was minimal. This is due to a number of different factors, including the front driver's and side curtain impact, rigidity of the double-steel ring-shaped reinforcement system, and the crumple zones which took the brunt of the impact. Other Small SUV's did not rank nearly as well - the Honda CR-V was ranked marginal, and the Ford Escape and Toyota RAV-4 both suffered a poor rating.   ÂWe know that your safety is important, so we are excited to be able to offer one of the safesty car's on the planet - the Subaru Forester. Please give us a call at 1(800) 411-4551 to find out more about our available Forester inventory.

ÂThis dealership get's 5's across the board from me!Â
Mark Gennette was really helpful in taking us to the lot to find the car I saw online in inventory which was different from other Silver cars (I wanted a platinum interior)...and there it was waiting for me! Mark provided pointers along the test drive and offered additional information about the car, the features, etc. He answered all my questions and provided some comparative information about the difference between my husband's 2012 and this 2014 Forester. We have worked with Mark on other Subaru purchases and he is great! He is easy to talk to, and listens to our questions carefully so he can address them. ÂI had the opportunity to meet with Rich Johnson who was very friendly and made a point to come over and introduce himself to me. My husband had met him before with previous purchases, but quite honestly you don't typically see a General Sales Manager reach out that often - so that was refreshing!Â
Working with Mike Meyer in finalizing the financing and paperwork for DMV was awesome. He made it easy and answered all my questions with regard to maintenance programs, financing outcomes, and forms. He was very likeable and friendly; coming from a customer service background I always look for that when working with others.Â
Everyone at Premier are customer focused and I appreciate that there is no pressure or hype. Â When I went to pick up my car after the prep, I had no way to get there. They sent Isaac to give me a ride and I was truly impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. We had a very nice chat as we sat in traffic...I can see the qualities that Premier looks for when they hire and this young man demonstrated those high qualities.Â
Thanks to everyone for making this purchase fun and a breeze!Â

ÂI had a very pleasant experience at Premier Kia from start to finish.Â
I walked in to Premier Kia knowing what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I was introduced to Cindy who was very quick to show and explain everything I needed to know about the Kia Sorento that I now own today. On our test drive she addressed all my concerns about having a smaller sized suv vehicle and educated me with more information on features of the Kia Sorento that I was unaware of. Not only did she reassure me about how great this vehicle is but she also showed me how it handles on hills which was one of my major concerns. She brought me to areas that were very comparable to the hills I have to deal with on a daily basis. By the end of the test drive I was sold.ÂThanks to Cindy I have a great reliable vehicle for myself and children. Â
