I want to compliment your whole staff for responding so quickly to my call 2 days ago. I had hit a construction cone and loosened a part of the air flap. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment today. I called enroute because traffic was going to delay my arrival. They said to come ahead anyway. A technician greeted me and said he was going to do the multi-poinr inspection, even though the repair job was minimal. Gary greeted me by name. All of us in the waiting room chatted amicably during our wait. Barb, from the sales division, joined us. It was like a party in there! (Thanks for the coffee AND the cookie!) When the job on my car was done, I was told there would be no charge! because I am a good customer. As I left, I asked another technician how to remove the black smudges on my front bumper. In addition to showing me 2 products (and reminding me to photograph both labels), he actually removed the smudges himself. His name was "JP". Thank you for being a caring community.

The dealership did not try to upsell us or change the deal when we came in to sign and drive. They did as much as we could together on-line with me in advance of picking up the car...I practically bought the car on-line. Kimberly Seabrook arranged things magnificently. Cynthia "Cyndi" Carasone implemented what Kim set up, and Kenny Schmitz found the best financing for us. Everyone was completely organized at all times, and no one pressured us. If we had come in and didn't like something about the vehicle, they would have worked with us to find the right car in lieu (but that didn't have to happen, the car was fine). Kenny explained all the perks that went with the warranty and the purchase of a Kia, and it was overall good experience. Also, everyone returned my calls and emails fairly promptly. They made me want to buy another car there! Also, their participation in the Costco program was what got us there to begin with...one price, no dickering, and the price was $1000 less than advertised for that car, which was pre-owned. They are 55 miles from our home, but I will go back for my next vehicle.
